  • How to add questions and answers?
    To add a FAQ, follow these steps: Click the Manage FAQ button In the web administration interface, click "Add" and select the "Q&A" option New questions and answers are assigned to categories Save and publish. You can edit FAQs at any time, rearrange their order and select other categories.
  • Can I insert a picture, video or GIF file in the FAQ?
    Yes. To add a media file, please follow the steps below: Enter application settings Click Manage FAQs Problems creating or selecting media files to add When editing an answer, click the video, image or GIF icon Add a media file from the media library and save it.
  • How do I edit or remove the FAQ title?
    You can edit the title in the Settings tab within the app. If you don't want to display the title, you can disable the title in "Information to Display".
