SHIPPING POLICY

  • Products can be picked up by SF Express or in the studio (reservation required).

  • Free shipping on orders over $500, and cash on delivery on orders under $500.

  • After the product is shipped, we will provide the tracking number .

  • If you choose SF Express pick-up point/smart locker, please Click here Select the pickup location and remark the code when placing the order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • All products are not refundable or exchangeable.

  • Please check immediately upon receipt the product. If the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

  • Peaceful Candles is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, delay caused by the delivery personnel.
